• Handle registration and verify patient identity per policy and HIPAA guidelines.
• Manage waiting room flow using queue and appointment tools and log data in the EHR.
• Collect insurance information and payments, and log details in the EHR.
• Escort patients to exam rooms and record vital signs and history in the EHR.
• Provide guidance on registration, wait times, services and payment methods.
