Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• PCT or CNA training completed.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hospital room for new admission.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Assist with activities of daily living including hygiene, mobility and feeding.
• Observe skin integrity and ensure patient comfort.
• Care for patients under RN or LPN supervision and report changes promptly.
