Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in an acute care setting or currently enrolled in a Nursing program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with delegated basic patient care tasks.
• Record and report patient data, including vitals, intake/output, and glucose if applicable.
• Support patients with meals, hygiene, mobility, and comfort.
• Maintain safe, clean patient environments and follow PPE protocols.
• Communicate effectively with the care team and document observations.
