Job summary

Responsibilities

• Record and report vital signs, intake/output, and other data to the RN/LPN/LVN.
• Support patients with meals, bathing, grooming, mobility, and daily living activities.
• Follow infection control and PPE protocols and participate in safety initiatives.
• Maintain professional communication within the care team and adhere to policies.
