Qualifications

• CA DPH Certified Nursing Assistant certification required.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification required.
• Fire Life Safety Training (LA City) required or must obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient call within 10 minutes.
• Assist with vital signs, daily weight, intake and output, hygiene.
• Support RN with plan of care and data collection.
• Document all care provided in patient records.
• Maintain clean, organized patient rooms and equipment.
• Communicate clearly with patients and team; escalate changes to RN/Charge Nurse.
