You will greet customers, provide tailored recommendations, enter patient data in Brightree, and help maintain a welcoming showroom while ensuring accurate recordkeeping and smooth patient registration. This role emphasizes teamwork and delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in patients on the retail floor by actively listening to their needs, offering tailored recommendations, and ensuring a positive and helpful experience.
• Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized showroom to promote an inviting atmosphere and create a positive first impression for patients.
• Collaborate with the Patient Care Technician (PCT) team to manage incoming calls, taking thorough and accurate notes to ensure patient requests and inquiries are properly addressed and followed up.
• Input customer demographic information into the Brightree system for new walk-in patients, ensuring data is recorded accurately and promptly for smooth registration and service.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned, supporting overall team efficiency and contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment.
