Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• Medical Assistant Certification highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily administrative tasks including scheduling, patient check-in and check-out, and medical record maintenance.
• Prepare exam rooms for clinical examinations and assist Providers with procedures.
• Greet patients and guests on arrival.
• Obtain and record patient histories, vitals, and test results for medical records.
• Assist Providers during exams and procedures.
• Answer phone calls and respond to messages within 24 hours.
• Prepare and administer medications as directed by Providers.
• Provide care coordination with physicians, hospitals, ERs, and community resources.
• Maintain HIPAA and OSHA compliance and protect patient privacy.
