CenterWell Senior Primary Care in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Medical Assistant to ensure smooth patient flow from check-in to the physician visit. You will prepare patients, verify medications and allergies, and document histories to support clinicians.

Qualifications

• HIPAA and safety policies – Protects privacy and follows safety requirements.
• Infection prevention and OSHA – Applies infection control and safety standards.
• Computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Intake & Clinical Rooming: perform intake, verify medications and allergies, document patient history and conduct required screenings.
• Inbox & Worklist Management: manage the EMR inbox with routing rules for patient messages, lab results, and pharmacy follow-ups.
• Education & Loop-Back: ensure patients understand next steps by having them repeat back instructions in their own words.
