Qualifications

• Must have completed a Medical Assistant training program or at least 3 years of MA experience.
• Current or in-progress BLS certification (for certain levels or state requirements).
• Right to work in the United States.
• Prepare clinic hours as assigned and maintain clinical readiness.

Responsibilities

• Intake & clinical rooming including medication and allergy verification, patient history, and screenings.
• Inbox & worklist management using EMR routing rules to handle messages, lab results, and pharmacy follow-ups.
• Education & loop-back to ensure patients understand instructions before leaving.
