• Inbox & Worklist Management: Manage the EMR inbox with routing rules for patient messages, lab results, and med adherence follow-ups to achieve same-day touches.
• Education & Loop-Back: Ensure patients understand next steps by having them repeat instructions in their own words to avoid errors.
