Millennium Physician Group is seeking a dependable Patient Care Specialist (Float) in Naples, FL to support front office operations across Collier County. The role involves scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and ensuring a positive patient experience in a fast-paced clinic setting.

The position supports multiple offices within Collier County, with an approximate 2-3 days per week at the Naples primary office and remaining days at other locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years medical front office experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with patient scheduling and registration.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and eligibility processes.

Responsabilités

• Schedule, register, and prepare patients for appointments.
• Verify patient demographics, insurance coverage, referrals, and required documentation.
• Answer incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate patient records within EMR and scheduling systems.
• Assist multiple office locations throughout Collier County as needed.
