The position emphasizes patient care, efficient clinic processes, and teamwork, with a starting pay of $22.00 per hour and a typical schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of medical front office experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with patient scheduling and registration.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and eligibility processes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between Collier County office locations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, register, and prepare patients for appointments.
• Verify patient demographics, insurance coverage, referrals, and required documentation.
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and follow-up activities.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and missing documentation.
• Route messages, refill requests, forms, and inquiries to the right team.
• Maintain accurate patient records in EMR and scheduling systems.
• Support front desk operations and daily office workflows.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and patient confidentiality standards.
• Assist multiple office locations throughout Collier County as needed.
