Millennium Physician Group seeks a dependable Patient Care Specialist (Float) in Naples, FL, to support front desk and scheduling across Collier County. This full-time role starts at $22 per hour and requires 2 years in a medical front office, with travel between Naples and other local offices as needed.

Responsibilities include scheduling, registration, insurance verification, patient communication, and EMR upkeep, all while maintaining confidentiality and delivering excellent patient service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of medical front office experience.
• Experience with patient scheduling and registration.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and eligibility processes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment.

Responsabilités

• Schedule, register, and prepare patients for appointments.
• Verify patient demographics, insurance coverage, referrals, and required documentation.
• Answer incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and follow-up activities.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, missing documentation, and routine patient access concerns.
• Route clinical messages, refill requests, forms, and patient inquiries to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain accurate patient records within EMR and scheduling systems.
• Support front desk operations, patient check-in/check-out, and daily office workflows.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and patient confidentiality standards.
• Assist multiple office locations throughout Collier County as needed.
