Job summary

Martha Jefferson Medical Group, LLC is seeking a full-time Patient Care Specialist in Charlottesville, VA. You will provide non-clinical support in a physician's office, answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist patients with questions.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or higher education considered; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience required.
• 1 year experience with health insurance, medical records, terminology, or scheduling preferred.

Responsibilities
