Strong phone etiquette and data entry skills are essential as you will manage medical records, direct calls, and assist patients throughout their visit. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years in a medical setting with proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems.

• 2+ years of experience in a medical environment.
• Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft applications.

Responsabilidades

• Greets patients and manages check-in/check-out tasks including insurance verification and scheduling.
• Collects co-payments and deductibles, issues receipts, and manages cashier box and daily deposits.
• Maintains medical records, scans, and prepares for scheduling; answers phones and directs calls as needed.
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with patients and staff; performs related duties as assigned.
