Job summary

AEG Vision is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to manage front desk operations and support patient flow across the care team. You will verify insurance, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate EMR records to ensure a positive patient experience.

You will communicate clearly with patients, providers, and staff, coordinate with clinical teams, and support recall and follow-up efforts to improve appointment adherence and care continuity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clinical teams for smooth transitions and care continuity.
