AEG Vision is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to manage front desk operations and coordinate patient flow across the care team. The role emphasizes anticipatory service, clear communication, and proactive schedule management to ensure a smooth, high-quality patient experience.

You will greet patients, verify eligibility, schedule appointments, and support cross-functional coordination with clinicians and staff, while maintaining EMR documentation and patient confidentiality.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn EMR.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient-centered service.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and serve as primary contact for patient interactions.
• Answer calls and manage emails in a timely, professional manner.
• Schedule and optimize provider appointments, including cancellations and reschedules.
• Confirm appointments and reduce no-show rates.
• Verify insurance eligibility and enter patient data into EMR.
• Assist in maintaining organized, clean front office and coordinate across teams.
