Job summary

Rehab Associates of Central Virginia is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to greet patients and deliver outstanding customer service, coordinating care from initial evaluation to discharge and ensuring accurate personal and financial information.

You will maintain patient charts, manage EMRs, process payments, and support clinic operations including cleaning, sanitizing areas, and assisting with daily tasks to keep a friendly, efficient environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Excellent in-person and phone customer service.
• Great time management and organizational skills.
• Team player attitude and energetic with a focus on excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and providing outstanding customer service.
• Coordinating the care for each patient from initial evaluation to discharge.
• Verifying current personal and financial information.
• Maintaining patient charts and electronic medical records.
• Collecting, posting, and depositing patient payments.
• Faxing, filing, and performing any other duties as assigned.
• Assist with clinic support, cleaning & sanitization of waiting room, treatment areas and equipment and laundry duties.
