Job summary

Results Physiotherapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for our Raleigh, NC clinic. This entry-level role focuses on maintaining smooth daily operations, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting front-office processes.

The PCC-I collaborates with the Clinic Director to streamline patient intake, referrals, scheduling, and insurance verification while contributing to a welcoming clinic environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision.
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Customer service and greet patients in a friendly manner.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make welcome calls and manage arrival rate for a great patient experience.
• Manage schedule, document routing, overtime, non-clinical documentation, and deposits.
• Manage caseload, discharge candidates, progress notes, and insurance reporting.
• Monitor clinic inventory and participate in training and compliance activities.
