• Initiates infection control forms and sends reports to HRD for upload.
• Back-up support during lunch and busy times; assists with case conferences.
• Maintains the client hospitalization log and shares coordination notes with staff.
• Schedules visits for skilled nurse/injection and add-ons; verifies tasks on screen.
• Prepares weekly Agent Schedules and reviews productivity by geography for director approval.
• Transfers patients between branch offices and routes lab reports to attendees.
• If clinical, may perform patient visits or participate in on-call rotation.
