Step & Spine Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, seeks a Full Time Patient Care Coordinator to join our Redmond, OR clinic. This entry-level office role focuses on smooth front-office operations, patient intake, and reception while delivering exceptional service.

The PCC-I collaborates with the Clinic Director to ensure efficient procedures, accurate scheduling, and timely patient billing. Training and compliance support are provided in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Strong presentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make welcome calls and improve arrival rate.
• Manage schedules and non-clinical documentation.
• Monitor deposits and insurance reporting.
• Oversee clinic inventory and training activities.
