Step & Spine Physical Therapy in Redmond, OR is seeking a Full Time Patient Care Coordinator I (PCC-I) to support clinic growth and patient intake processes. You will work with the Clinic Director to carry out efficient clinic procedures and uphold Upstream Rehabilitation values.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, multi-program multitasking, and smooth front-office operations, with a 40-hour workweek and possible events outside normal hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision.
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service
• Convert referrals into evaluations
• Schedule patient visits
• Provide excellent customer service
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere
• Monitor arrival rate through creation of a great customer experience
• Manage schedule efficiently
• Manage document routing
• Manage personal overtime
• Manage non-clinical documentation
• Manage deposits
• Monitor clinic inventory
• Attend required training with Territory Field Trainers (TFT) for Raintree and other updates
• Complete quarterly compliance training
