Ottobock SE & Co. KGaA’s Detroit clinic in the Rehab Institute of Michigan is seeking an on-site Patient Care Coordinator (PCC).

You will greet patients, manage scheduling and documentation, and help patients move smoothly through visits with care and professionalism. Qualifications include strong MS Office and database skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and databases.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Experience in office administration, preferably in medical/therapy settings.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid is a plus; insurance verification experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide front desk administrative support, answer calls, take messages, and route inquiries.
• Assist with scheduling and modifying patient appointments.
• Ensure excellent service and resolve patient concerns.
• Obtain necessary medical documentation and manage insurance verifications as needed.
• Maintain patient records and assist with light shipping of medical devices.
