You will verify insurance, confirm demographics, enter data in EMR, collect co-pays, and help coordinate with clinicians to streamline patient flow.

This role supports patient recall and follow-up, maintains a neat front office, and upholds confidentiality while delivering friendly, patient-centered service.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills required.

• Excellent patient-facing and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Verify insurance and patient demographics; enter data into EMR.
• Schedule appointments and support provider schedule optimization.
• Confirm appointments and reminder processes to reduce no-shows.
• Collect co-pays and document charges in EMR; assist with billing.
• Run reports to ensure charges are billed and up to date.
• Coordinate with clinical and optical teams for smooth patient flow.
• Assist in patient recall, follow-up, and accessibility of appointments.
• Maintain a clean, organized front office and uphold confidentiality.
