Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
Socket.dev is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the friendly, on-it voice patients hear first and the glue that keeps our Hydration Room clinics running smoothly behind the scenes.
In this full-time hybrid role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule Mobile IV appointments, manage email queues, maintain SOPs, and support district managers. You may work mostly remote with occasional onsite time at clinics, warehouses, or offices.
Description
Full-Time | Hybrid | $23/hour
Schedule: 4–5 days of availability required, with availability on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
We're looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to be the friendly, on-it voice patients hear first — and the glue that keeps our clinics running smoothly behind the scenes.
If you're the type who stays calm when the phones are ringing off the hook, remembers the small details that make patients feel like more than a number, and genuinely likes solving problems before they turn into bigger ones, you'll fit right in here.
You'll be the primary point of contact for patients and members across all Hydration Room locations — answering calls, solving problems, and coordinating scheduling so every patient feels looked after. You'll work closely with our Operations Manager and District Managers to keep the day-to-day running without a hitch.
This is a hybrid role: mostly remote, with onsite time at a clinic or our warehouse/office when needed. If you'd rather work in person full-time, that option's open too.
