Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in a customer service role, ideally in healthcare or dental.
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Denticon/Dentrix preferred.
• Strong communication with patients, staff and third parties.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage patient records and financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients in a timely, professional and engaging manner.
• Maintain a productive daily schedule and schedule future appointments.
• Provide patient consultations and discuss treatments, costs, insurance and payment options.
• Follow up with patients to build lasting relations.
• Ensure compliance with health, privacy, and safety regulations.
• Travel as needed for training and to perform job functions.
