HearingLife is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to be the face of our retail clinics, ensuring a positive patient experience and helping more people hear better.

You will support clinics to reach revenue goals by attracting new patients, managing administrative tasks, and coordinating patient interactions across locations in the United States. This role emphasizes strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administrative, or healthcare-related role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all patients and maintain high level of customer service.
• Inbound and outbound phone calls, 50-75 per day.
• Schedule and confirm all patient appointments.
• PPI intake and processing; verify medical insurance information.
