Job summary

• Two years scheduling in a multi-specialty clinic is preferred.
• Experience with HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Schedule follow-up visits and tests for patients.
• Obtain pre-certification and pre-authorizations as needed.
• Schedule medical tests and procedures for patients.
• Discuss patient instructions for procedures with patient so patient has clear understanding of what is expected.
• Call patients to schedule procedures and provide instructions.
