Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare admin experience preferred.
• Scheduling or customer service experience in healthcare advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of Florida regions and counties helpful.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments for equipment delivery, setup, pickup, and follow-up visits.
• Coordinate scheduling with delivery technicians, clinical staff, and referral sources to ensure timely service.
• Communicate with patients to confirm appointment windows, reminders, and scheduling conflicts.
• Prioritize and adjust schedules based on urgency, physician orders, and patient location.
• Maintain scheduling records within Brightree or company scheduling system.
• Assist with registering new and existing DME equipment in manufacturer and internal portals.
