Qualifications

• Excellent communication and patient service skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all patient appointments, ensuring accuracy in time allocation and provider availability.
• Coordinate pre-appointment and follow-up visits as directed by the clinical team.
• Contact patients to confirm appointments and provide preparation and follow-up instructions.
• Clearly communicate preparation instructions and financial expectations.
• Maintain the appointment calendar and alert the Office Manager of changes.
• Assist with verifying referrals and obtaining insurance authorizations as needed.
• Assist patients at check-in and check-out.
• Support administrative projects and participate in staff meetings.
