Job summary

Rehab Medical LLC is seeking a Patient Care Representative to join the Sales Team. The role focuses on coordinating documentation to obtain DME for patients and supporting Sales Reps while liaising with patients, referral sources, and insurers.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of administrative support experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently, maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process information and documentation to obtain DME for patients.
• Support to Sales Reps, up to two at a time.
• Liaise between the company, the patient, referral sources, and insurance companies.
• Explain equipment, insurance coverage, and possible payment options to the patient prior to delivery.
