• Ability to work at several locations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone.
• Perform patient registration in systems and verify insurance.
• Answer calls professionally and handle payments at point of service.
• Schedule appointments and prepare patient records and documentation.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation and image delivery.
