Responsibilities

• Reach out to patients regarding new or in-process referrals, confirming demographics and delivery updates.
• Communicate with vendor partners, claims adjusters, and nurse case managers providing referral updates.
• Procure vendor partners for each referral based on goods or services requested.
• Handle calls on existing and new referrals or colleagues' referrals.
• Provide quotes to clients for approval and obtain written approval while ensuring medical necessity.
