Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients on arrival and answer questions with care and compassion.
• Maintain lobby area and assist with breaks when other phlebotomists are unavailable.
• Use phlebotomy skills to assist with procedures as needed.
• Explain procedures to patients to build trust and ensure safety.
• Provide excellent customer care while handling confidential information.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Support area supervisor and ensure timely completion of daily tasks.
• Work to create a safe, professional environment.
