Accendra Health is seeking an account-focused professional to maintain strong relationships with current accounts and promote our healthcare products and services. This role emphasizes timely communication, document management, and coordination with physician groups to ensure smooth order processing.

You will be a hands-on coordinator, handling documentation, order entries, and patient communications, while supporting renewal authorizations and referrals as part of ongoing care delivery.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a single point of contact for a specific account.
• Handles customer needs and complaints in a timely manner.
• Consult with clients and referral sources on products and necessary equipment.
• Obtains all documentation to be scanned and batched at the Branch.
• Manages follow-up functions with the account post set-up.
• Oversees all transactions from a specific account including referrals.
• Obtains documentation for orders to be entered into the system.
• Contacts patients to confirm orders and inform about financial obligations before scheduling.
