DelRicht Research is seeking a Care Partner to support clinical participants throughout their study visits. You will blend patient-facing support with hands-on clinical tasks to help patients feel informed and comfortable.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, at least one year of experience, and strong communication. The role is on-site in Gulfport, MS with a 40+ hour work week and base salary in a defined range.

In this role, you’ll help clinical research participants feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their study visits. You’ll combine people-focused work with hands‑on clinical responsibilities, building healthcare experience while helping patients navigate each step of their participation.

Being a Care Partner means paying attention to both the person and the details. Your responsibilities will include:

• Helping patients feel at ease: Create a comfortable, supportive experience during their time in the clinic.
• Guiding the study journey: Help patients understand their next steps and attend and complete the visits required by their study.
• Supporting safe, accurate visits: Help deliver efficient care with 100% adherence to clinical trial protocols and site expectations.
• Supporting study participation: Help with screen‑landing, enrollment, and retention, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and timely follow‑through.
• Keeping clinical information reliable: Enter study data into the required systems accurately and on time.
• Keeping people connected: Communicate clearly and promptly with patients, physicians, and other stakeholders.

Experience helping people matters here. Customer service, pharmacy, retail, and other fast‑paced professional settings can all build skills that transfer to this work. Listening carefully, explaining next steps, and staying organized while supporting others are strengths you can bring to a healthcare setting.

• The ability to learn study protocols, systems, and clinical workflows quickly.
• A patient‑focused approach, the ability to work independently, and a willingness to collaborate.
• Comfort performing blood draws, EKGs, vital signs, and charting during patient visits. We’re happy to provide training.

Role Details

• Job Type: Full‑Time, 40+ hrs
• Work Schedule: 8am–5pm, Monday through Friday
• Location: On‑site in Gulfport, MS
• Base Salary: $50,000–$55,000
• Total Annual Compensation Potential: Through our Quarterly Bonus Plan, annual earnings are estimated at $55,000–$65,000. Total compensation is not guaranteed pay; bonuses are earned quarterly dependent upon an employee’s performance and productivity.
