Qualifications

• Experience in optical, eye-care, healthcare, retail or service operations.
• Leadership capability demonstrated through coaching or leading a team.
• Ability to learn across multiple practice positions to support patient care and operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Practice Manager with daily operations, patient flow, and service execution on the practice floor.
• Assist across practice functions to support patient care, staffing gaps, and operational execution.
• Learn and support key practice roles such as patient care coordination, optical sales and service, and technician/clinical support.
• Help communicate daily priorities, role expectations, and service standards to the team.
• Serve as the practice point of contact in the Practice Manager’s absence when assigned.
