Job summary

Wellspect Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Care Coordinator to support patients and healthcare professionals across the care journey. You will be the first point of contact for patients, gathering information, providing product education, and guiding onboarding while coordinating documentation and cross-team communications.

You will also interact with health care institutions and our field sales teams to ensure timely support, accurate records, and adherence to regulatory

Qualifications

• Proficient in English; strong written and verbal communication required.
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Product Education & Support: Explain features, benefits, and proper use of Wellspect urology and bowel product lines to patients.
• Patient Intake & Communication: Serve as first contact, collect demographic/clinical/insurance data, conduct follow-ups.
• Documentation & Care Coordination: Ensure intake docs are complete and routed properly; coordinate with internal teams.
• Systems & Record Management: Document interactions in BrightTree and Salesforce; update account statuses.
• Performance & Service Standards: Meet call targets while maintaining quality and empathy.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Adhere to Medicare, HIPAA, and internal guidelines.
