You will coordinate prescriptions, communicate with patients and providers, and help manage refill processes in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.

Required are a high school diploma or GED and Pharmacy Technician registration or certification (or within 60 days).

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current Pharmacy Technician registration/certification required or within 60 days of hire.
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers.
• Experience with data entry, healthcare systems, and medical terminology.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate prescription refills and outreach for patients on infusion therapy.
• Communicate with patients and providers to gather information, lab results, and renewals.
• Submit insurance re-authorizations and prior authorizations as needed.
• Ask screening questions and escalate concerns to a pharmacist when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate patient records and insurance documentation in systems.
• Collaborate with pharmacy operations to support dispensing, shipping, and refill coordination.
• Adhere to state Board of Pharmacy regulations, HIPAA, and applicable laws.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient support workflows while maintaining accuracy.
