Job summary

LUX Infusion in the United States is seeking a Home Infusion Nurse (RN) to deliver safe IV therapies in patients' homes or infusion suites. You will assess, monitor, and educate patients and caregivers, coordinating with physicians and clinical leadership to ensure high-quality care.

You will perform IV insertions, manage therapy plans, document meticulously, and prioritize compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current, unrestricted RN license with ability to practice in NYS.
• Proficiency with IV insertions across age groups and IV pumps.
• Experience delivering high-quality patient care and satisfaction.
• Basic computer proficiency and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IV infusion therapy safely in an infusion suite or home setting.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after infusions; manage reactions.
• Perform IV insertions (peripheral, PICC, Port-a-Cath) for all ages.
• Collaborate with physicians to implement and adjust care plans.
• Educate patients and caregivers; document meticulously.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team to support needs.
