Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year front desk or customer service preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and meticulous data entry are essential.
• Experience with medical office software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and instruct on Phreesia pad usage.
• Float between Boulders, Waterford, and Colonial Heights locations as needed.
• Enter demographic and insurance data in EMR systems.
• Scan and process financial paperwork and insurance cards.
