Qualifications

• Two years outpatient clinic experience or equivalent is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for diverse patient populations.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare systems, insurance processes, and community resources.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointment scheduling across internal and external services.
• Document and verify patient demographics and health information in the EMR.
• Manage internal and external referrals, including authorizations and scheduling.
• Communicate with patients, providers, and staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Support patient portal setup and ongoing engagement.
