Job summary

You’ll balance compassion with efficiency, coordinate scheduling and documentation, and advocate for patients on costs, deposits, and authorization status. Regular hours, full-time flexibility to nearby clinics included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, social work, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in insurance and cost-of-care discussions with patients.
• Strong communication and patient advocacy in care coordination or sales-driven settings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and families.
• Identify and resolve care barriers and guide patients along their care journey.
• Balance compassion with clinic efficiency to support workflow.
• Advocate for patients on financial matters including insurance and costs.
• Own the patient journey end-to-end with strong listening and problem-solving.
• Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, procedures, and documentation.
• Monitor adherence and engage patients using ADVENT's value proposition.
• Discuss costs and next steps with a value-driven approach.
