You will coordinate equipment delivery, review insurance requirements, and support patients through the recovery journey with empathetic, timely service. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, collaboration with branch and sales teams, and accurate documentation to maximize benefits and accessibility of care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• English reading, writing, and speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients arriving at the branch, creating a welcoming and supportive experience.
• Answer inbound calls, provide clear information, and resolve common questions or concerns.
• Coordinate timely equipment delivery with the branch team to meet patient needs.
• Work with the sales team, referral sources, and patients to collect required documentation and ensure insurance guidelines are followed.
• Follow up with patients to confirm satisfaction and address any outstanding needs.
