Job summary

AdaptHealth is seeking a Patient Liaison to support hospital deliveries and patient education at Stanford University Hospital. You will handle equipment delivery, teach patients on device use, and coordinate with hospital staff to ensure accurate paperwork and timely service.

The role requires strong communication, customer service, and sales skills, plus experience in health care or insurance-related fields. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the service area are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Associate Degree from an accredited college is preferred.
• One year of work related to health care, administrative, insurance, customer services, or management regardless of industry.
• The exact job experience considered must be DME, Diabetes, Incontinence Sales.

Responsibilities

• Deliver equipment and supplies to patients and teach them how to use their equipment.
• Verify patient insurance benefits and communicate financial responsibility to patients.
• Process credit/debit card payments using standard electronic tools.
• Gather required paperwork for deliveries and ensure accuracy of orders and delivery notes.
• Promote products and services within hospitals and develop referral sources.
