Job summary

Mindful Health Solutions seeks a Patient Care Lead to manage front-desk operations in a high-call-volume medical office. You will train staff, assist in patient check-in/out, and perform technical duties related to TMS treatments under physician protocols.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, collecting co-pays, coordinating with certified TMS psychiatrists, and ensuring HIPAA compliance while delivering best-in-class patient experiences across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a medical office preferred.
• Ability to deliver superior customer service with excellent phone presence.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; data entry skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients as they arrive and leave the office.
• Collect co-insurance and co-pays from patients.
• Ensure workflow execution for best-in-class patient experience.
• Record session notes, track authorizations, and schedule visits using EMR and scheduling systems.
• Identify root causes and implement solutions for patient experience.
• Communicate directives from leadership to clinical and non-clinical staff.
