Job summary

Mindful Health Solutions is seeking a Patient Care Lead for a high-volume medical office in Burlingame. You will provide information about Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and other treatment options, deliver outstanding customer service, manage front desk operations from check-in to check-out, and train staff on policy changes.

You’ll collaborate with certified TMS psychiatrists across multiple locations to ensure patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver superior customer service to all potential patients.
• Experience working front desk in medical offices.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; strong data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients as they arrive and leave the office.
• Collect co-insurance/co-pays from patients.
• Ensure workflow supports best-in-class patient experience.
• Record session notes and schedule visits using EMR.
• Train staff and new hires on changes in policy and procedures.
• Administer TMS treatments according to physician protocols.
