Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 0–4 years of related supervisory experience relevant to patient care.
• Experience in healthcare settings and collaboration with clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily patient care activities and assigns duties to ensure coverage and workflow.
• Monitors staff performance, provides coaching and development opportunities.
• Ensures compliance with clinical protocols and safety regulations.
• Coordinates staffing schedules and time-off requests for adequate coverage.
• Oversees quality improvement initiatives and tracks performance metrics.
• Collaborates with nursing, physicians and ancillary departments to streamline processes.
• Participates in hiring, onboarding and training of new team members.
• Investigates and resolves patient or staff concerns to maintain service excellence.
• Maintains records and prepares reports related to operations and staffing.
