This role emphasizes hourly rounding, responding to call lights, assisting with information boards, hydration, and a friendly presence in a fast-paced hospital environment, with paid orientation and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Able to start work ASAP.
• Must pass a background check and have valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for hospital setting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hourly rounding to check on patients and assist with non-clinical needs.
• Answer call lights and relay patient requests to staff.
• Fill out patient whiteboards with updated care information.
• Refill water pitchers and ensure access to fresh water.
• Stock and organize patient rooms with essential supplies.
• Assist nursing staff with basic care tasks under supervision.
• Provide a friendly, supportive presence to patients and families.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment.
• Follow hospital policies and infection control guidelines.
