Qualifications

• Experience in home health care or long-term care environments.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility with equipment.
• Support specialized care needs such as Alzheimer’s, dementia, hospice, catheter care, and developmental disabilities.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal prep, and maintain a safe health-standard environment.
• Document patient progress and communicate changes with healthcare teams.
• Record observations using medical terminology for accuracy.
